'Star Trek' was better that Stars Wars (even before it got woke) - more sincere, beautifully seeking diplomacy and discovery together. The real tragedy is that 'Firefly' never got a second season. If it had, intergalactic prostitution would've gotten the respect it deserves. Oh, well, at least we got closure in 'Serenity' and its mass slaughter ending.
